Lauren & Billy’s Wedding @ Flamingo Beach Resort
Lauren and Billy got married January 6th, theirs was the first wedding I photographed this year. It was a pleasure to work with them, specially because not only did I photograph their wedding, but I also did their trash the dress session some days before their actual wedding day. We had lots of fun both days! They had come various times to vacation in Costa Rica, so naturally once they started planning their wedding, they knew this was the place they wanted to get married in. I was able to meet both their families and friends, who were absolutely delightful. I sincerely wish Lauren and Billy the best and thank them again for choosing me as their wedding photographer!
Lauren & Billi se casaron el 6 de Enero, esta fue la primer boda que fotografié este año. Fue un enorme gusto trabajar con ellos, especialmente porque no solo querían fotos del día de su boda, sino que también se animaron a hacer la sesión de fotos “trash the dress”, en donde se metieron al mar! La pasamos excelente ambos dias! Ellos habían visitado Costa Rica varias veces antes, y les encanta, entonces naturalmente decidieron casarse en una de nuestras playas más hermosas, Flamingo. El dia de su boda los acompañaron sus familiares más cercanos; hermanos y esposas, y varias amigas, todos un amor! Les deseo a Lauren y a Billy lo mejor en esta nueva etapa y les agradezco nuevamente por haberme escogido para fotografiar este dia tan especial!

Engagement Session @ Hacienda Pinilla
Leslie and Michael got engaged last year, and had no doubts that they were going to plan their wedding here in Costa Rica, a place where they’ve come to vacation some times before and absolutely love! I was pretty excited when they told me they were coming to visit Hacienda Pinilla, and that they wanted to take time from this visit to shoot an engagement session at the beach. It’s not common that I get to meet the couples I photograph before their wedding day, since most of them come from far. So I really enjoyed this opportunity to meet them both, and photograph them before their wedding day. Just a few more months until they come back and we all meet again for their wedding day; can’t wait!
Leslie y Michael se comprometieron el año pasado, y desde ese momento sabían que querían venir a Costa Rica a celebrar su boda; han venido varias veces anteriormente y les encanta! Me emocioné muchísimo cuando Leslie me escribió con las noticias de que iban a venir a Costa Rica a visitar Hacienda Pinilla, donde pronto se llevará a cabo la boda. Quisieron aprovechar esta visita para conocernos y hacer una sesión de fotos de compromiso en la playa. No es muy común para mi conocer a parejas antes del dia de su boda, ya que la mayoría vienen de afuera. Disfruté muchísimo esta oportunidad de conocerlos a los 2 y tomarles fotos antes del día de la boda. En unos cuantos meses estaremos todos de regreso en Hacienda Pinilla para su boda, que ilusión!
