Boda Adriana y Jose Pablo
Adriana y Jose Pablo se casaron en Febrero, en una casa privada frente al mar, en Playas del Coco Guanacaste. Esta ha sido probablemente una de las bodas más especiales que he fotografiado debido a que ambos no sólo son fotógrafos si no que también son de mis mejores amigos. Nos conocimos en el 2002 en la Universidad, y desde el primer dia de clases hicimos amistad. Hace 10 años que somos amigos; y presencié desde su amistad, luego su noviazgo y ahora su matrimonio. Este día fue sumamente emocional, y me encantó poder compartir con ellos cada momento del evento y darles este valioso recuerdo. Su boda fue bellísima! La hermana de Jose Pablo se encargaó de toda la decoración, y se lució! Mijos: mis mejores deseos y bendiciones, los quiero demasiado!
Adriana and Jose Pablo got married in February in an ocean front house in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste. This has probably been one of the most special weddings I’ve ever photographed since not only are they fellow photographers but also truly close friends. We met in 2002 when we started College, and became friends since day 1. We have been friends for 10 years; I witnessed their friendship, their dating days and now their wedding.,, This day was very emotional and I just loved being able to share with them every moment of it, and above all, I loved being able to give them such a valuable memory of their day. Their wedding was beautiful!

Boda Alberto y Loretta
Loretta y Alberto se casaron el 17 de Diciembre del 2011, ésta fue la última boda que fotografié durante el año anterior y me da orgullo decir que cerré muy contenta el año. La ceremonia se llevó a cabo a las 3 de la tarde en la Iglesia de la Nunciatura. Que iglesia más hermosa! Era la primera vez que fotografiaba una boda ahi, y quedé encantada. Después de la ceremonia religiosa, Alberto y Loretta invitaron a sus familiares y amigos a compartir con ellos la celebración de su unión en Tribeca, ubicado en Santa Ana. Todo se veía espectacular! Me dio mucho gusto fotografiar la boda de Alberto y Lore, porque no sólo son una pareja lindísima, si no que también son conocidos de muchos años, lo cual lo hizo aún más especial. Les deseo lo mejor!
Loretta and Alberto got married on December 17th, 2011. This was the last wedding I photographed last year, and I can proudly say I closed the year very happy with this one 
The ceremony took place in the afternoon, in the Nunciatura Church, a small beautiful church which I absolutely fell in love with. After the ceremony, Alberto and Lore invited their closest friends and family to accompany them in the celebration of their union at Tribeca. Everything looked spectacular! It was really an honor to photograph their wedding, not only because they are such a wonderful, special couple, but because I have known them for years as well. I wish them the best!

Lauren & Billy’s Wedding @ Flamingo Beach Resort
Lauren and Billy got married January 6th, theirs was the first wedding I photographed this year. It was a pleasure to work with them, specially because not only did I photograph their wedding, but I also did their trash the dress session some days before their actual wedding day. We had lots of fun both days! They had come various times to vacation in Costa Rica, so naturally once they started planning their wedding, they knew this was the place they wanted to get married in. I was able to meet both their families and friends, who were absolutely delightful. I sincerely wish Lauren and Billy the best and thank them again for choosing me as their wedding photographer!
Lauren & Billi se casaron el 6 de Enero, esta fue la primer boda que fotografié este año. Fue un enorme gusto trabajar con ellos, especialmente porque no solo querían fotos del día de su boda, sino que también se animaron a hacer la sesión de fotos “trash the dress”, en donde se metieron al mar! La pasamos excelente ambos dias! Ellos habían visitado Costa Rica varias veces antes, y les encanta, entonces naturalmente decidieron casarse en una de nuestras playas más hermosas, Flamingo. El dia de su boda los acompañaron sus familiares más cercanos; hermanos y esposas, y varias amigas, todos un amor! Les deseo a Lauren y a Billy lo mejor en esta nueva etapa y les agradezco nuevamente por haberme escogido para fotografiar este dia tan especial!

Engagement Session @ Hacienda Pinilla
Leslie and Michael got engaged last year, and had no doubts that they were going to plan their wedding here in Costa Rica, a place where they’ve come to vacation some times before and absolutely love! I was pretty excited when they told me they were coming to visit Hacienda Pinilla, and that they wanted to take time from this visit to shoot an engagement session at the beach. It’s not common that I get to meet the couples I photograph before their wedding day, since most of them come from far. So I really enjoyed this opportunity to meet them both, and photograph them before their wedding day. Just a few more months until they come back and we all meet again for their wedding day; can’t wait!
Leslie y Michael se comprometieron el año pasado, y desde ese momento sabían que querían venir a Costa Rica a celebrar su boda; han venido varias veces anteriormente y les encanta! Me emocioné muchísimo cuando Leslie me escribió con las noticias de que iban a venir a Costa Rica a visitar Hacienda Pinilla, donde pronto se llevará a cabo la boda. Quisieron aprovechar esta visita para conocernos y hacer una sesión de fotos de compromiso en la playa. No es muy común para mi conocer a parejas antes del dia de su boda, ya que la mayoría vienen de afuera. Disfruté muchísimo esta oportunidad de conocerlos a los 2 y tomarles fotos antes del día de la boda. En unos cuantos meses estaremos todos de regreso en Hacienda Pinilla para su boda, que ilusión!
